Family Sync

Cloud account not connected

Connect a private family account so swimmer times, achieved cuts, stickers, dryland goals, and weekly check-offs can sync across your phones.

Cloud sync uses your own Supabase project. Your public project URL and anon key stay on this device; your password is never saved by the app.

Selected Swimmer

Update the selected swimmer's color theme or standards group here if needed.

Achievement Reset

Use this if a time-drop badge was unlocked by mistake while testing. This only resets the selected swimmer's Drop It Like It's HOT progress. Times, goals, dryland history, and other achievements stay untouched.

Time Standards

Summer and Winter cuts are shown together on each event bar whenever both sets are available. The tracker keeps its verified built-in standards until you choose to check USA Swimming for an update.

Primary standardWinter / Spring Futures & Jr Nats

2026 standards are loaded and ready. Nothing changes unless you press the update button and approve a newer standards package.

You can still use backup files as a manual safety copy.
